MEILLIONYDD EXCAVATION EXHIBITION
September 12 - 16 | Oriel Plas Glyn y Weddw
Join Bangor University's Archaeology team at Oriel Plas Glyn y Weddw in Llanbedrog to discover more about Meillionydd, a double ringwork enclosure near Rhiw in Pen LlÅ·n.
The exhibition will showcase the findings from the Meillionydd excavations from 2010 - 2017.

Oriel Plas Glyn y Weddw
These informal, interactive object-handling workshops will focus on the Iron Age objects excavated at the double ringwork enclosure of Meillionydd, located on Mynydd Rhiw. By the end of the workshop, you will be able to recognise and interpret Iron Age objects, and you will be offered training in the creation of 3D photographic models.

NEFYN HISTORICAL WALK
October 31 | LlÅ·n Maritime Museum
Join Rhys Mwyn for a historical guided walk around the ancient and interesting town of Nefyn. Starting at the LlÅ·n Maritime Museum, you will then be guided through the old streets which retain their layout from the Middle Ages.

ABERDARON ARCHAEOLOGICAL WALK
November 1 | Porth y Swnt
Aberdaron is a lovely seaside village at the south-western end of LlÅ·n. It lies along the pilgrims' route to Bardsey and, as a result, has a long history. On this walk you will discover some of the local archaeological and historic sites and learn more about them.

This walk is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
GARN FADRYN ARCHAEOLOGICAL WALK
November 2 | Garnfadryn
On this walk we will visit the hillfort of Garn Fadryn. The site dates back to the Iron Age and contains the remains of up to 90 round houses and a medieval castle. Join us to discover more about this fascinating site.
