The LIVE Project are members of Leave No Trace, an outdoor ethics programme designed to promote and inspire responsible outdoor recreation through education, research and partnerships. Ireland’s outdoors is managed by a variety of people and organisations and many of them earn their living from the land. It is all of our responsibilities to respect each other’s activities and interests in the outdoors. Find out more about their work at leavenotraceireland.org.

The Clean Coasts programme works with communities to help protect and care for Ireland’s waterways, coastline, seas, ocean and marine life, by organising hundreds of beach clean-ups each year, mobilising thousands of volunteers, and removing large quantities of marine litter from our coastline. They have produced some great guidelines to enjoy, celebrate and protect our beautiful beaches and coastlines.
